i have midnight black on my celica 1 layer with 35 over that.

haven't had a problem here in london, in richmond/lexington though cops are a ***** about it.

tried to give me a ticket on my astro already.

i'd stay legal in that area.. and if you're willing to do 15.. may as well do 5% or 2%..

I know people in Lex that roll 5% with no issues.

I have 5% on my Jeep and I rolled in Radcliff/Etown/Brandenburg/Louisville with no issues for 4+ years.

they do everything, unsure on their cost though.

i tried calling them but it was busy every time... i think im going to a place called Initint, they do residential, commercial and auto tinting and told me it would be $119 for 5% all around.

Ive had 5 % on my Bravada for a little over 2 years with no issues
