alright after reading your pm i saw this, my friend and i can help you out, i'll get the kit and harness from my distributor when we setup a date and time for the install,

i don't really care for best buy, but they carry that headunit and if you're going to take it somewhere, might as well be them on a free install week.....which is almost every week.

i would recommend having someone in the area help you. you'll see how easy it really is. trust me, it won't be the last time the dash gets pulled for audio work, so you'll have plenty of chances to do it yourself.

just a suggestion.....once the new h/u is in, sell your stock one on ebay. i sold my '02 wrangler stock h/u on ebay for $280. yours would go for more.

if you get a wiring harness then its pretty much just matching up the colors, i made my little sister wire hers for her old car and she had no problems

install is going to be the alpine 9857 in a 2006 grand cherokee..

Just search for a shop.

I just moved from Jersey and there were lots of shops that would do it for like

PM "6spdcoupe" (Don) as he is in Edison (Central/North NJ) which isn't that far from Newark. Just Take 78 east to 287 down into Edison (Exit 1 on 287). You could go down the Garden St. Parkway to 287 and exit right when you get on 287 Northbound.
