I was wondering if I built 2 seperate boxes would the sound be greatly effected. My install would be in a crew cab chevy. One enclosure would be behind the backseat and the other a console enclosure. The enclosures would 2 different shapes but both enclosures will be 2.0 cubes and ported @ 35 HZ. Has anyone had experience with this type of setup.

I can only tell you from a HT perspective if running 2 subs you "normally" want them together as you can get cancellation. But that depends upon the shape of the room, placement of the subs, etc...

Tough to say in a truck without building them and trying it out.
