im running a regular non-sealed starting battery upfront and i have a sealed SVR batt in back. ive heard that if you dont get the batts exactly the same they will drain each other. this is for a DD and the vehicle will not sit for more than 2 or 3 days w/o being driven so is this a bad idea or will it work? everyone post, but if you have REAL LIFE experience with this scenario be sure to mention it in your post as its greatly appreciated

Ive been using a die hard up front and a yellow in the back for long time, still good.

ahh very informative thanks. did you fuse the power from your yellow to your amp as well as your power from yellow to die hard?

yes you need to do that
