Will this HU support a cd changer?

Hey there I want to buy a Pioneer DEH-P480MP and really wanted to know if I could hook up my stock Sony CD changer. Its a 10 disk cd changer mounting in the trunk.. comes stock with the JBL system in my Mark VIII. Not sure if the interface allows for it or not.

Also, if it can... will there be any difference in sound if a CD is played from a stock cd changer compared to the HU itself?

No, you can't hook up the stock changer to the Pioneer head unit. No such interface is available. You must purchase a Pioneer changer to go with it.
