Will this amp be fine for my budget system?

Well I am wondering if this amplifier will be fine for my budget build for my daily driver?

I have a single RE SRi10-D2 that is rated at 300w rms.

I am interested in the Pioneer GM-5400T amplifier which is 380w rms (cea-2006 compliant).

I found them pretty cheap on ebay($40 shipped) so I am considering one.

Here are the specs:

Pioneer GM-5400T 2-channel car amplifier — 125 watts RMS x 2 - Features & Specs at Crutchfield.com

Also how will the amp compare to a Crunch PZT1100.2. I may either get this cheapo pioneer or order a brand new Crunch amp for $89 shipped.

The main point to this system is to try and make the most inexpensive as possible.

The only thing I really lack to complete my build is a amplifier.

I know I can buy a better amp but like I said this is perfect price for my budget build.

Ill appreciate any help!

Thanks guys!
