Will this amount of port areabe to mutch?

first question...

8 cu ft net, supposed to have 128 sq inches of port area...

have a 136 inches of port area, is that too mutch

3 8'' areo ports

looking to tune it to 37 hz...

sub's forward, port's back.

in a 88 honda civic hatchback

two 15'' AQ hdc3's

wanting more allong the spl.

secound question...

allso in a 88 civic hatchback, goal here is pure spl.

what do you think the box design should be?

port's forward, out the rear? up?

sub's up, back, forward??
