Will Pioneer AVH-X4500BT 7" fit in 2005 Altima? (Pics)

I'm still a little confused about the factory system adapters. When I put my Altima it gives me two options one that says nissan vehicles and the other ford. I would obviously pick Nissan but it says both of them fit and ford adapter has better reviews. So I was wondering if both really fit in my car. Also do both of them let me keep my steering wheel controls? Since that's what I'm most interested in. Here are the links.

If your car has Bose you'll need the 70-7551 harness.

If your car does not have Bose you'll need the 70-7550 harness (I'd use the 7550 in either case but that's up to you, typically using the 7551 yields lower overall volume due to lower preout voltage).

PAC TR7 will take care of the e-brake bypass part (don't use switches, it's tacky).

If you have SWC you'll need an interface for that (Metra ASWC or a PAC/Peripheral piece - I have one for a Nissan and Pioneer if you want it, it'll be cheap).

My stereo is Bose so I'm confused as to which harness I should get. So you recommend the 7550 even if it's Bose? What about the adapters for the steering wheel controls?

I would go with the 7550 and just wire high levels into the factory Bose amplifier. just try to leave bass boost, loudness, and jacking up frequencies on the eq settings (that goes without saying on all installs not just yours).

For the SWC you can etiher use the Metra ASWC which autoprograms (still have to wire it up) or the Peripheral PESWIPS (i have a used one that came out of an altima, $25 shipped if u want it - you have to program it, it doesn't autoprogram).
