Will my HU accept a CD changer?

I want to have a P.I.E. Aux In gizmo hooked up to my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer with the base radio. Fine print on the PIE gizmo says headunit must be able to accept a cd changer. How can I tell if the HU will accept a cd changer? Dealer's service guys are totally clueless. THANKS.

pull out the radio... check it that way or look intoo uss spec aux's for ur car.

thats it... will give u RCA outputs... BUT im not too sure unless u pull it out.

I don't want a cd changer, I want to use my XM without FM modulation. The PIE aux-in will do that, IF the HU will allow. Before I get the PIE aux-in, I want to be sure it'll work.

The HU does have the 12 pin connector that will allow the physical connection with PIE's GM12AUX-V2, but if the HU doesn't have the brains to process info from a cd changer, it won't be able to handle input thru the PIE Aux-in either.
