I have a 2001 Ford Taurus SE with a 120 amp alternator and i'm thinkin of goin wiht a 1000 rms system the question is will my charging system be able to handle the power and will i get a big voltage drop or not?

That's what i was thinkin then have a 80 amp fuse or bigger ran inline to the battery.

I need to find out what is in my ST Focus because I get voltage drops currently. However going in next week is my 1400 Kinetik for starter battery and my 600 Kinetik in the back fused off. So I hope that helps some. Big 3 on the Taurus. It did wonders against voltage drops in mine. (Orion 1200D + Aura 2300 = ~1600 watts full tilt)
