will it work

it is A DVC 4ohm 350w rms sub I don't no if I chould run it at 4 or 2ohm's1 guy said it is not loud at 4ohm's so...
A Dual 4 Ohm sub cannot be run @ 4 Ohms by itself.

You can wire the coils in parallel to a 2 Ohm load like so:

Or with the coils in series to an 8 Ohm load like so:

I couldn't run A coil to each channel
You technically can but getting the gains matched properly can prove to be more trouble than it's worth all things considered. If the output on each channel doesn't match the other channel's output pretty precisely you'll end up with the coils not moving in unison the way they need to which will result in premature driver failure and nobody wants that.

For decent power on a budget that will work better with your intended application how about this? (Scroll down to the 400MSX refurb.)

$49 + shipping (likely around $15 or so) will give you 300 watts @ 2 Ohms.

Tough to beat for under $70/shipped with a valid manufacturer's warranty in my humble opinion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
