Will i notice a difference by putting bigger wire than 1/0?

i will be running about 3200 rms but still why not i mena i have the wire for free plus terminals u know.
a previous poster suggest 2/0, which is plenty for that. if you plan on upgrading later, you could put 4/0, if not, you could just do 2/0

i think i confused everyone i just wanted to use the 4/0 for the big 3 im sry i thihnk i for got to mention this. Anyways will 4/0 be to big for the big 3? and will it be a difference btw 1/0 - 4/0?

i'm always confused. lol. i would think that 1/0 would do it. i looked at a guys denali that was running a crapload of power to 3 solo x's and his was done with 1/0.

hmm i c well i will call the car audio place tommorow and ask what they think but should i use 1/0 welding wire or car audio wire then? if i buy car audio wire i buy it if i go welding wire i get it free.

i personally used kicker hyperflex 1/0. it is way more bendable/flexible than anything i've ever used.

i've never seen 0 guage that can be tied in a knot like the hyperflex. it may not be worth the money for some people, but i needed as easy as it could get when i installed my equip.

true but i work for a industrial dist. company. so thats why i have access to all of this stuff. so then u think 1/0 will be efficient i guess well i put some welding wire up for sell but i dont know how much to charge any ideas?

i think trunks9 just put some up for sale. check and see what he sells it for. i'd guess 2 bucks per foot or so for 0 guage welding wire. just a guess.
