Dude know one is going to be able to tell you that without reviewing all of your info and actually start to file. It really depends on a lot of stuff.
If you really want to know, all you need to do is go to irs.gov, get this years 1040 and your state 40 and crunch the numbers using your last pay check stub of 08. This is the ONLY way you are going to know for sure!

Depends on what you claimed on your w-4 and how much money you made. Also depends if you have any deductions. But I would say most likely not have to pay but probably not get a large amount back either.

take your income, multiply it by .2 if its more than you paid in, more than likely you will have to pay taxes.... that is a very very very rough guesstimate though

no, from what I have observed in my personal finances without any deductions ( ie writeoffs ) the amount of taxes I am supposed to pay is approximately 20% of my income.
like i said it is a very very rough guess. But thats about as good as it'll get for ca.com
They only way you'd get rougher is by picking a number 1 - 1000.

Yea, i took him saying no dependants as him claiming 0 on his w-2 and his parents claiming him.

At 22, it could go either way. He won't tell us. Furthermore, I need to know how much he makes. Sure $8k was withheld, but if he made $100k, it won't be enough.
