heres the deal. i wanted to buy a system, so i went to ebay. i bought two kicker cvr15's and a 2000W lanzar amp. i decided i dont want this setup anymore, so i filed a claim with paypal on both transactions, and i emailed both sellers. will i get my $ back? if not, will i be happy with what i got?

I'd say most likely not that direct, you'd have to do a return thru the seller. Was it already shipped out before you filed? Also a lot of people on ebay don't accept returns. FYI I use ebay quite a bit as a buyer and a seller, and this is the exact reason I don't accept returns.

You went about it all wrong. Email the seller and ask if you can get a refund if you pay a restocking fee. Don't just up and file a complaint.....YOU HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Well, except for the mistake YOU made. It's up to the seller, they dont have to do anything but send your item out. I am a powerseller on ebay, and the one thing I can't stand is people who buy something then say they decided not to buy it. WHy not just get the stuff install it if you dont like it take it out sell it on here or ebay to gain refs and get some money outta of it or sell it for more to a dumb friend

Its people like you that ruin ebay. Its not like a store, its a contract. Legally they can make you pay for the items and take them, since you bid and agreed to purchase
