will a rockford fosgate t5002 amp run 4 rockford p1 12s single 4 ohm

just as it says I traded my t2 12 for a rockford t5002 and 2 mtx 8000s 12s thought it was a good deal now im thinking about keeping the amp and running all rockford now the p1s are my cheapest option so im wondering will this amp run all 4 good also im going to build a box thats a little over 5 cf would that be a good amount for these subs

well the old p1s are only 150rms each so should work the new ones are 250 each.
