will a RF 1500BD amp work for 2 Power HX2?

I Don't know what to buy, I don't want to spend more than $700dlls on the amps for my subs, so what should I buy?? I don't want to buy the amps on the net and the cheapest prices i have found in San Diego are these:

JBL 1200.1 $349.99

SONY GSD1600 $300

RF 1000BD $450

RF 1500BD $550 Do you think that the 1500BD will do it, or should I look for more?

Note: my subs are 1000w rms 2000w peak.

If you bought two JBL 1200.1s that would bring you just under $700 for both of em. Those amps put out 1200 rms at 1 ohm. that would give you 200 extra watts per sub. you would be getting the most out of your subs( make sure you test with a low gain on these two amps first so you dont blow the subs). You would be running those two amps at probably half the gain or a little more just to be safe. If you just want one amp, I would get the 1500 BD. That would give you a lot of juice for those subs. Keep in mind that rocksford amps are underrated. They will still slam with the 1500 BD but with the two jbl 1200.1s you will have headroom for more options.
