If your putting a larger speaker in a smaller hole you might have to trim around the edge with some metal sheers so it will hit...I usually use air sheers....they trim the door panels or decks like a knife through hot butter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yes they will fit, they are the dame speaker. its going into a ford. 5x7 and 6x8 fit in just about any ford with a 5x7 cut out
