wicked pain in wrist....

I was turning a screwdriver on my "project" today and i heard a pop from my hand and all of sudden i got this huge pain going from my nuckles to my elbow, even if i try to grab something it hurts. Anyone else experience this??? How long does it last?? Did i pull a tendon or something?

Probably iritated(sp?) a tendon in a way. I have plates and screws in my right arm and sometimes when I move my arm wrong the tendon hits a screw head and hurts like a *****! Then the rest of the day my arm aches really bad and wen I move the tendon tends to go back over the same screw head. So if it starts early in the day im f'd.

dammnn, it "popped" earlier and the pain isnt as bad as this moring so im hoping i just strained or pulled it.
