ive never said jensen speakers are great.dont know if i ever had those.i had pioneer..tired of pioneer speakers now.....pioneer subs are great...jensen amps ok, profile amps alil better. boss amps alright..Sherwood amps,the best ive owned..jvc speakers the best ive owned..jensen decks the best ive owned but not alot of features.......

So, what you are saying is that you have ZERO experience with even mediocre equipment (everything you mentioned is pretty low end), but then you come on here telling us about how bad our equipment is and how everything you've used is the best and that we are stupid for buying what we buy. next i said a cap will charge off the battery alone as long as you dont run it long with the car turned off or have too many caps.....for the battery you using...

i know that because you said i only owned lower brand stuff..Sherwood was was of the first 1ohm stable in the world *........jensen also makes a 1om stable amp but it costs too much for me for the power it had....

Just because Jensen labels the head unit to put out 5 volts thats only the *peak* the RMS would be half that if not lower. When talking about more expensive head units like eclipse and alpine then the RMS is going to be higher and thats why their more expensive and Jensen is crap you can buy at walmart.
