Oh I should also add that I refuse to put money in the pocketbooks of crooks. When i find a good honest local B&M, I give them business whenever I can. But, those are few and far between these days. Most B&M's Ive been to can **** my left nut.

1. Cheap bastards. I dont buy online unless item is discontinued. (Ahem Mean Machines)

2. I do easy stuff myself. If i wanna show off, ill take it to my stereo shop. Audio and Performance Systems in Fairfield California (707)422-2771. Call them and get Autotek Mean Machines in their store so i dont have to drive 3 hours to the nearest Autotek dealer! They are absolutetly the best audio store in northen california hands down. I buy everything from them except of course my Autotek Mean Machines. Fix that!!!!!!!

1) Because direct is cheaper. Dealers are out to make a buck, and I'm out to keep mine.

2) Installing car audio is not difficult enough to charge what some shops do.

There are some good installers out there, but most don't seem to know much.
