Why my radio turn off after 10minutes

Hi everyone,

I recently install a Eonon D5101 on my VW Polo 9n3 '08. But, I have a problem. The radio turn off after 10minutes automatically. There is no option on the setup and I think this is a problem with the wire installation.

Anyone can help me?

I'm driving and after 10minutes the radio turn off and just can turn on again after switch off and on my ignition.

might have the power and 12 volt trigger reversed.

did you get all proper install harnesses. i remember i had a VW Jetta years ago and installing HU's in them were a bish because there was no accessory wire.
