**WHY is my 15" AUDIOQUE SDC2.5 making CRACKING NOISE? PLEASE HELP!!**

Hi, I have a pair of 15" AQ SDC2.5 on a AQ2200D amp.

My Double Din puts out 5V preout for sub.

My gain on the amp is only 20% turned up.

Subsonic filter is at 30hZ.

HPF at 90 hz.

My Box is tuned to 36hZ. 3.75 cu ft per chamber

Everything on the amp is set accordingly.

I dont know why only ONE of my subs is making noise.

When I push against the sub hard with my hands, it

doesnt make any noise at all. And the subs are still

super stiff like brand new.

It doesnt sound like a voice coil rubbing noise.

The weird thing is that it makes the noise only after playing 10 minutes at

full tilt. The first 10 minutes of playing works perfectly with no noise.

To me I think it only make the noise when the coils get warm.

I'm so confused on what that noise is.

Does anyone know what that noise is?

You probably broke the suspension in it you are supposed to not pound it for at least 3 weeks to let it loosen up first
