Why is that when Michael Phelps gets caught smoking a bong the authorities want to make arrests and set an example. Yet rappers are doing this smoke-a-thon thing to see who can smoke the most weed and put videos up online and nothing happens to them? I'm not posting any links for the smoke-a-thon because I think it's one of the most ignorant things I've ever seen.

But there's a lot of kids that admire rappers. Particularly inner city youths who frequent rap sites that are promoting this smoke-a-thon. It isn't right for authorities to ignore that just beacuse it doesn't affect middle-upper class citizens.

Michael Phelps is a gold medal Olympic champion.. He represents America.. not fully but in a way.. Rappers don't represent shit.. Except their "hood" yo...
