why does the orion 2500d have 2 + and 2 -?

bigger wire helps your amp get more current...more current means more power.....
But only if the amp NEEDS more current than the wire is capable of providing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

No sense in wasting money on more 1/0 when 4 gauge is more than able to provide the needed amount.

Straight from the manual: The Orion 2500d has two seperate four gauge power and ground inputs. Both pairs must use 4 AWG power wire for proper operation. Might be able to fit some 2AWG in there. Or if u really wanna run 0AWG just run the wire to it, then get one of those 0-4AWG metal adapters things that fit in the amplifier terminals.
