Why does my Tru 4.100 keep shutting down?

I currently have it bridged 300 x 2 @ 4ohms to my DLS 8.3s. They are wired exactly as the DLS instructions specify, but the amp keeps shutting itself down every minute or so? why?

bad ground? does the protect led turn on? could be a short somewhere.

Tru has great tech support (heh..comes with the price tag). It honestly would be beneficial to just give John Yi a call. Super nice guy who will help you get it all straigthened out.
