Why does my sack itch alot sometimes? NSFW

Ive always wondered why it itches so much sometimes, shits happened for as long as i can remember, so its not an STD or anything. Just alot of times it just starts itching right on the front of my sack where my wang hangs over it. Maybe the heat/moisture or something gets it? IDK but its irritating.
