For the most part, people don't know how to use correct grammar anyway. Then couple that with people that just don't care and you get a majority of posts that are just plain difficult to read.
The only ones that bother me are posts with no periods or punctuation at all. Just word after word as if a steady stream of consciousness was being spewed out.
It takes extra time to type well. I will go back an edit my post if I see misspellings or poor grammar. This is how the world sees you, and good grammar should be akin to the flashy things people use to define themselves and show off. I write reports and develop construction documents, my writing ability partly defines me as an engineer since that is what the world sees. They don't see all of the calculations or effort or late nights, they see words and symbols on paper.
When taking the time to answer someone's questions and solve their problem (for free) you want them to take the time to form coherent thoughts and clearly explain the situation. When it takes 5 questions to get enough info to answer the original question, that is time wasted. That said, part of asking questions is not knowing what is important information to solve a problem.
