you are an idiot. It is easier for minorities to get jobs like that due to

affermative action and all. If a fast food joint looks at 2 applicants of

equal skills one being black and the other being white then the black will automatically get the job.

ETA, I d@mn near need to go learn spanish just to go through the drive through at McDonalds in the town I work at

And whoever said something about Affirmative Action has no idea how the system works. It's supposed to give minorties an advantage when applying for a job at a predominantly white business/company. The Fast Food industry is predominantly black, so why would it make sense to hire more blacks? That's not how it works.

And for the record, I work at Burger King, and after I was hired(I'm white), 3 more white girls were hired too.

I got my part time job working for a small restaurant, they pay me in cash so no taxes on myv7:00 an hour (I get little over a 100$ a week) I wish I could do something other then that its too hot and nasty in there, I tried applying to other places, filling up aplications and shit NOONE EVER CALLED ME. I came back and asked for managers they are nice ans stuff but, no calls. So I feel you I am gonna try for a lifeguard see how it goes.
