its like every where i look its shows nothing available for my ride and i email places only to no response tried mechman email no response ohio generator same thing any other suggestions?????

well, i see what looks like a hhr in the avatar.... i don't remember if that's the I-5, or 2.5 4cyl...... if so, go to a parts store and match it up to something with the same engine

so you need an alt for a 2.4l. do you have pics of the engine. You know there are plenty of companies that can take your stock one and beef it up. but for now, just post pics and engine specs.

ah ha, just as I suspected. your alt is not that hard to find at all. I have a 2.2L ecotech. our alts are the same. well, if mine was stock it would be the same, but I swapped mine out for a H/O alt....
