Why can't I call....

I'm black and, in my experience, the only people who seem to be flustered when someone calls me a "black guy" are white people. I really have no objections when someone calls me black. Some white people have these preconcieved notions about what I think is offensive and what pisses me off. They take me for a raging bull, which is farther from the truth. Honestly, I and all my black friends are just the same, we have no problems with people calling us black.

i call black people black, but they dont like it.

see, the town i live in is generally an affluent neighborhood (North Dallas area)... yet every black person in my school finds it appropriate to act ignorant, pronounce EVERY word incorrectly, and yell uncontrollably 100% of the time.

it pisses me off.

their parents make plenty of money. they have a chance for a GOOD education, but still find it necessary to do this. i just want to smack them... but then again that would be a hate crime.

You know the United Negro College Fund is the ONLY college fund to be racist? It ONLY allows black people to get scholarships, whereas other funds allow all races.
Although I could go on for days about the systematic oppression that blacks experience everyday...healthcare, wages, job benefits, etc..

Ever read any John Rawls? It would at the very least give you some understanding of why these organizations are created and promoted.
