YOUR neighborhood formed YOUR opinion. Had you grew up somewhere better it's be different. Go visit some parts of Georgia where blacks have some money. BTW there are more whites on welfare than any other race. You think states like Montana and South Dakota have a high concentration on blacks on welfare? Remember we are 13% of the population. 100% of 13% is not on welfare. and even if they were I still bet you there are more that 15% of whites on welfare. It's more sensible to say there is a higher concentration of blacks on welfare in metropolitan cities.

Roughly 36 million blacks here......... 37.2 is like 13.4 million blacks on welfare

There are 230+ million whites living here......38.8% is like roughly 89.2 million.

That's more than 6 times the number of blacks on welfare yet somehow people think blacks are the only ones on it. They are the only ones portrayed in the media on it, but not the only ones on it.
