somebody had to buy your import piece of shit new 8 years ago spanky. Sure there is money that gets put into the economy from imports, but its not the same as a domestic product that creates more jobs here.
and yes, at times I'll put allegiance to my country over that of the planet. I don't hug the world only to kick my own country in the teeth.

Can you please explain what this first world country has done for you that any other european or first world country wouldn't have done?

Elsewhere you would get: more civil liberties (see: patriot act and eroding privacy), free healthcare (see america's place 50th-ish in healthcare and most expensive too. most people dont even have it), better education (america's public education system is a joke) and of course i could go on and on but there is no point.

Why is it that other countries can be mindful of the environment and actually get things done, while this one can't? The american automakers get ***** by the more environmentally conscious japanese and german, and frankly they did the world a favor whether you like it or not. We'd still be driving around chargers with black exhaust fumes spewing shit out if it weren't for those countries, you know how harmful those free radicals are? People in LA die like 5 years younger on average AT LEAST guaranteed

I'm just curious what produces such staunch allegiance to this land, that was stolen from a bunch of native americans a few hundreds years ago, in the past decade has turned to complete shit and is the laughing stock of the world. You are born a human being, you really have no allegiance other than what is implanted in your mind by your parentals, the schools you went to, and slow propaganda. And I actually have American Indian roots, I've gotten over the fact that the land was stolen even though people like to try and throw that out there in arguments. The white in me doesn't feel bad for what was done so long ago, and the indian in me isn't pissed about it. Realizing that you're a product of your environment and that all of your thoughts, everything you think, are not your own, and were implanted into you takes some brainpower and I don't expect all of you to master it I guess. Again, what did this country GIVE you on a silver platter that no other 1st world industrialized nation would have? NOTHING. In fact, you grew up here more disadvantaged in general than you would have in say, sweden, or france. The almighty dollar rules this country, and your daily life is consumed with obtaining it, and as is the norm with capitalism it all becomes about money and maybe you can see why 90% of this nation is depressed and on drugs.

You just take for granted what you've been taught, and I don't. You consider me a hippie or a traitor a pink or a "red" but I just think I have a healthier view of the world while you just think in this little "bubble" about your country. News: your "country" doesn't give a **** about you. Your rights are slowly being stolen from you 1 by 1 while you sit on car audio forums and talk about how great the mediocre place you're living in is.
