I've had a few encounters but it's been a while.

Because Americans are silly little free faggots that think they can do what ever they want.

free? really? Not as much as most people like to think. Americans have become desensitized to the growing police state that is really out of hand.

We're not free at all. We are slaves to the president. But that has nothing to do with cops.

I wouldn't say nothing,cops seem to enjoy enforcing stupid laws (especially busting people for weed) and using excessive force a little more than they should.
