Maybe it's just me, but I see the whole situation as being an example of a double standard. IMO, having the black community shake their head and point their finger at every non-black person that uses their dialect or mimics their culture is nurturing and encouraging segregation by alienating themselves, their language, and their culture from the rest of the world.

So was it your grandad or one of your parents that tried to justify your grandad's membership in the Klan by telling you it was an organiztion that policed bad behaviour among whites as well as blacks. Be honest, we can speak freely here.
