Yeah...He either sold the guy on SSA a working deck and it broke when the guy had it, and then tried to scam Geoff/Moss by saying it was blown when HE received it, or he sent the SSA guy a deck with a bad CD player. Either way he words it, he comes out a scammer in the end. It is a fact, there are no "ifs or buts". It could be the case that he didn't scam everyone else in question, but that specific situation is enough to prove him guilty.
Regardless, how many people do you know that have been caught up in 5 or more situations where they were called a scammer, and they were all coincidentally misjudged? It's no coincidence, they were all failed scam attempts (well, some failed, some were successful). He thinks that just because he clears up the situation months later that he shouldn't even be considered shady. At the very least, he scammed either Geoff/Moss or the SSA guy, and greatly inconvenienced the rest.
