It is tuff being a Cleveland fan, but we have our years for a glimmer of hope and one day we will have a championship. I think it will be the Cavs sometime soon. Maybe not this year, but soon. U always bring up that shit about Crawford and Polanco................

also when you look at the future of the AL central, the tigers could dominate. they have great young pitching. bonderman and verlander look like they are ready to step up to elite status, robertson was underrated last year, and is building off what he did last year and is emrging as one of the better lefties in the game, miller is a top pitching prospect, also with jurrjens and tata in the minors, and ledezma who is another good young lefty, the pitching future for detroit is great. also detroit is the second largest market in the division, and is well ahead of cleveland, minnesota, and kansas city. the white sox are second fiddle to the cubs in chicago so that means detroit is really the only big market team in the division, which means they have the power to lure free agents away from the rest of the division. tigers payroll has already balloned to roughly 120 million which is the same as minnesota and kansas city combined

depending on how this off season goes, cleveland may move ahead of the pistons next year. mcdyess most likely will exercise his option if billups stays, if that happens the pistons are still ahead of the cavs, baring the cavs making a major move. chris webber says he'll either retire or play in new york, but idk why he would want to play in new york

Cleveland also has a bright future and with the likes of Hafner, Sizemore, Martinez and up and comers in Garko, Marte and a decent SS in Peralta they will be fine as long as their pitching starts to come through, which they have looked like pure udder shit as of late, but thank god for a long season at this point.

problem is, cleveland can't afford to keep hafner, sizemore, and martinez together. they'll most likely deal martinez since he is not good defensively and catchers are more valuable then other positions.
