whos comin with me?

Not a big deal.
First of all, they just made it recreational. No charge for under an ounce. Still a criminal charge over 28 grams

And you can't just grow either without a caretakers license or medical card. Not much has changed.

Plus, in my non legal state anything under 42.5 grams is just a gross misdeameanor traffic ticket, no big deal.

Not to mention federal agencies (including drug task forces, which colorado has alot of) still has full jurisdiction and can arrest for any amount. Still trumps this law.
Here in TX, having even just a blunt roach is a class b misdemeanor and you'll get arrested then have to go to court and either get jail time or probation

Having stems laying around your car will count as a paraphernalia charge which is a class C but still like $500 to $750 fine

Its so much bs here

Yeah, thats garbage. I personally have gotten off charges 42.5g and over, no problems and we dont even have medical

Not once you take into how economical it is for mass production
What? I can't make out what you're trying to say here. Do you have any idea how much it money it takes to create and operate a large scale operation? Because I think your head is up your ass and you're talking about things you know nothing about.

yeah exactly. Labor is proportionate to the size.

Like I said.. this hardly changes anything for people already in Colorado. Most of the smokers are medical already anyway and can have ounces on them.

It does seem to be cool that people from other states now can basically go there and legally buy small amounts though.

Thats pretty much it.

Also, I think its funny that everyone is sayin colorado is the first.. people in Alaska have been able to have plants in there house and up to an ounce or more (without firearms) legally on them for YEARS.. im talkin like 20+ years.
