They were going to start a company but ended up only building some of these subs but never going anywhere with it. They are selling right now (Brand new ones) on SoundIllusions for $150 + shipping for each one. I never sent mine any more than 200w in 1 cube sealed. It was pretty much babied. If you would like me to take pics of mine I can. I can ship it ASAP too. I just need to get a box to ship it in. Its a pretty nice sub, sounds great.
