who uses creatine???

I used it for a little while, but you may want to look into some NO2 products. They have a much better effect on me. Or you could use NO xplode, has creatine and NO2. Gave me the shits though.

 
all that stuff is not even fda approved....most of that stuff does absolutely nothing for you....they can say whatever they want on the bottle because it not regulated....think about it.....i saw a weight loss product that said you would lose and extra 2 lbs a days evryday you took it.... if you weighted 200lbs and took it everyday for 101 days, you would weight -2 lbs?....

cytogainer worked for me...i did measurements and fat count to prove it....

before using i had little to no muscle gain and weight loss....after my weight dropped to healthy fat content, and muscle size increased as well as ability to lift

i bet if you didn't take that stuff and you exercised they way you did....you would have gotten to same results....and there is no accurate way to figure out how many fat cells or percent body fat....i know there are ways to try to do it but they aren't accurate....at all....

i went 6months of the same routine without and with the gainer, and the differences were incredible.....also the soreness was minimal with than without because i had continual replenishment

I believe creatine does work plus theres tons of scientific data to back it up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif it also helps the brain lol
