hey, just started wondering what companies own what companies? i already know.....

1. RF owns MB quart, lightning audio

2. PA owns spl and some other companies

i know of others but can't remember, anyways just a curious question........

I know back when Hifonics was it's own company, it owned Crunch.

I figured Hinfonics wasn't a company itself anymore. I have an old single din amp with the crunch drive logo on it. I took it apart for cleaning and it had "Hifonics" printed on the circuit board.

Planet Audio, Boss, Soundstorm and a couple others are all owned by the same company.

Power Acoustik, Farenheit, SPL, Soundstream are all owned by the same company.

Directed = a whole crappile of companies.

Audiobahn, Ichibahn, Swiss Audio, Pyramid are all owned by the same company.

No. They shared designs by Rob Zeff (Zapco) now Nikola Engineering- at one point

Clarion never made their own amps, the have McIntosh building some of their curent lines
