Maxxsonics owns hifonics and another company i think...

Legacy, lanzar, pyle, pyle pro, and pryramid all manufactured in brooklyn by a company called Sound Around (although lanzar class D amps are better than its sister company's amps)

rockford fosgate owns lightning audio now...

boss, pheonix digital, and soundstorm all the same parent company

audiobahn owns Dub...

Audiopipe is from the brother of the audiobahn guy who left audiobahn to make his own products ........which in reality it is basically the same performance in equipment execpt audio pipe is reasonable priced instead of jacked up stupid exspensive like audiobahn tends to be (price/performance ratio)

Who bought out earthquake a lil while back and made them crappy...?

same with soundstream, who bought them out?
