ive got some JBLs that were 50 bucks buy one get one at

circuit city... three years ago...

they still bump pretty nice with about 150 watts a piece...

id say thats entry level.

Depends if you're going for Sq or SPL and how much money you have. I'm quite impressed by the sound quality of the kv2's. But I don't know what your budget is and I don't know if you care about sound quality.

Memphis PR's and Powerbase black series are very hard to beat...I have been in car audio forever and used and installed a ton of woofers. For what these cost they can't be beat.

Really though, the RE line is very cheap($$$-wise) and they're great subs. I'm getting a couple of RE8's, $56 a pop... Makes the wallet happier, and your ears.
