who killed the economy?!?!

What world are you living in. There is no oil bubble, oil was raised for a reason it was under valued. Bubbles occur when things are extremely over valued. Maybe you should check out a economics class or two
I work in the industry and have for 5 years. There has been a bubble in every sector of the economy throughout the ages wheter it be tech stocks, or financials. Oil is no different. Little can be learned in economic classes, that is actually apllied to todays economy.

But doesn't all the bubbles have excess supply as an issue?

Since I have come of age as an investor, I have seen two bubbles; internet stocks and real estate. In both cases, there was excess supply (excess IPOs from high tech and excess houses built in real estate) Where will the excess supply of oil come from?
