Cliffs: A few competitors in usaci got free shit from kicker whenever they wanted. Sometimes they used the stuff, other times they sold the stuff without even using it.
This happened often.

So essentially the competitors that abided by the terms of their team contract got screwed because some assbags decided to make a nice chunk of change by selling stuff they got for free.

There are other reasons that compounded with that, but I think those actions were the final nail in the coffin.
