Just curious as to how much people are running them on to see how much they can take.

Also include if you have the BP option and size if you reply //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I ask because I'm thinking about a aq 3500d instead of the 2200d which would be about 1700w versus 1100w and I don't want to roast my very expensive Qs.

what kind of electrical?

If they have the bp option they should have no problem taking the power, a while back i remember a few people running sundown 1500s to them no problem, and those are supposedly underated a bit.

Even then, if they don't take the power you can always turn the gain down a tad...

18'' Q w/BP on a saz-1500d @1ohm nominal. My DCR sits @ .8, and my voltage rarely drops below 13.2v. I havent clamped it yet, but I pretty shure I can safetly say at least 1500wrms at the levels I run it at.

I have not smelled coil yet:D

i was using a hifonics BXi 1606D, powering 1 15" Q w/o BP, and I had to gains all the way up and it was fine for about 6 months, then one day it blew my sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
