lemans....its more of a mental addiction than it is a craving. You think you will do better with dealing with a problem/boredom by having a cigerette. Its not something I am proud of doing, but living in my shoes, it fits. I only get "cravings" when I am extremely tired because it wakes me up. Anyway, I smoke. Not proud, but I started when I was training in the military, but my asthma acted up too much (not a typical asthma, but don't know what it got bad). I am glad that I went from Red 100's (very bad) and cigars all the time, down to just regular 27's. Baby steps....
