That's actually a pretty good price...$20.50 shipped to your door, 1/2" MDF.... i would jump on those.

yes you should. You're suffering $20 opportunity costs for each piece. Scrap sub cutouts are great for speaker baffles.

Once you have a few templates, all you'll need to do is use your flush trim bit to make many more easily

Yea thats what Im thinking. Maybe purchase some off ebay for templates, and resale on ebay? Is that illegal? LOL

I don't see why it wouldn't be legal. Unless someone has patents on odd shaped pieces of MDF.

You would probably also profit from 8" - 12" speaker rings for those who'd like to do fiberglass work.
