I would like to know what people think of the motorola slvr. I'm in the market for buying a new phone and know someone who works at a phone store and could probably hook me up. I just like this phone b/c it can support itunes and it's nice and slim. For the people who own one, do you like it? Anything bad I should know about it? i have one..they are tight. Itunes on it is kinda pointless if u have an Ipod. Just my opinion tho.

I have one, love it, but i get all my music through limewire so i have to rename everything once in itunes, and it takes a while to load songs to the phone. other than that, its awesome. bluetooth works great, voice is nice. overall great phone, you wont be dissapointed!

i can't comment on the slvr, but i have a razr and i absolutely love it. i've been with ericsson/sony ericsson for the last 5 years of my 'cell phone career' then i made the switch to motorola and the only think i don't like about it, is compared to SE the speaker is a little more quiet, and you can't save multiple contacts under the same name...

i.e

jasons cell phone

jasons home

instead of Jason

but SE is the only company out there that i've seen that does that.

all in all though, i really like motorola, and i would imagine the slvr would be nice as well.

yeah, I don't have an ipod so maybe this will hold me over until I eventually buy one. Thx for all the comments though guys. Probably will pick one up =P.

Ok, well my hopes for having this phone have pretty much been smashed since I have alltel. Is there anyway just to buy the phone and still have alltel carry it WITH a warranty? I know I can buy it on ebay and stuff but I want to have a warranty, any loop holes that you guys can tell me about?
