Who here eats hummus?

Hummus (a transliteration of the Arabic: حمّص‎; also spelled hamos, houmous, hommos, hommus, hummos, hummous or humus; see romanization of Arabic) is a Levantine Arab[1] dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It is a popular food in various local forms throughout the Middle Eastern world and elsewhere

There's a middle eastern restaurant by my house that makes fresh hummus. It's fantastic.

We eat it when my daughter is around because it is a good vegetarian dish. When she is gone though I have meat with a side of meat smothered with meat sauce.
