well amp repair center wanted 235 to fix it so can any one else fix it?

blown mosfets may not be the cause of the problem, just the result. you have to trace the lines and look elsewhere for WHY the mosfets went up in smoke. You cannot diagnose amp problems from a pic, IMO. I believe the db-r price is to fix whatever may be wrong. That's what I would want to pay for.

There's a lot more to it than just changing bad fets. 95% of the people on this forum don't know how to repair an amp or what it takes to properly fix one.
